As previously reported by Travel Quotidiano, Ponte di Legno is preparing to welcome its first extra-luxury hotel thanks to a new development project that, by 2030, will lead to the construction of a high-end hotel facility and three additional residential buildings.
The project includes the construction of 70 rooms and 15 suites, including a presidential suite, as well as wellness areas covering approximately 5,000 square meters, 3 restaurants, a shopping promenade, integrated outdoor amenities, over 200 parking spaces, and residential facilities, for an investment of over 100 million euros.
The property, acquired by Brescian entrepreneur Alessandro Pietta, will be managed by AG Group and associated with one of the international brands with which the Italian group has already established partnerships in Italy.
