A new five-star hotel is coming to Ponte di Legno: managed by AG Group

Ponte di Legno, a historic Alpine resort in Lombardy, is preparing to welcome a high-end facility: a new five-star hotel with an ultra-luxury vocation, scheduled to open in 2030. The hotel will be managed by the Roman operator AG Group, while the property is owned by the Brescia-based Gruppo Pietta, which has developed a broader master plan that also includes the construction of three residential buildings. The investment is expected to exceed €100 million. More specifically, the hotel project will include 70 rooms and 15 suites, including a presidential suite, as well as wellness facilities spanning approximately 5,000 square meters and three restaurants. Completing the area will be a promenade lined with retail outlets, integrated outdoor amenities, and over 200 parking spaces.

For AG Group, this agreement marks a new step in its luxury segment development strategy, confirming the company's ability to support owners and investors in leveraging complex hotel assets in high-potential destinations. "This project," emphasized Andrea Girolami , President and CEO of AG Group, "represents a significant step not only for Ponte di Legno, but also for the group's development in the luxury segment. The property was created with the aim of strengthening the destination's internationalization through an offering that combines quality hospitality, wellness, integrated services, and engagement with the local community. Our management will bring to this context the group's expertise in the hotel industry, hotel consultancy, and the creation of experiences for a high-profile national and international clientele."
