AG Group, integrated growth with new openings with major brands, travel and consultancy

The Group's portfolio has seen five new openings in just over a year. All five-star hotels. And they're all very charming.

AG Group closed 2025 with a turnover of €47.5 million but aims to accelerate this figure to €88.8 million by the end of 2026 thanks to the integrated development of its three divisions: AG Boutique Journey (incoming), AG Hotel Consulting (consultancy), and AG Hotels (hospitality), the latter with five openings in the pipeline between this year and the first quarter of 2027.

Openings with big names, as per tradition at the company founded 25 years ago by CEO and President Andrea Girolami. He explains: "Ours is effectively an integrated business model that combines hotel management, travel experiences, and consulting. On the one hand, we continue to grow the footprint of our hotels in Italy's most iconic destinations, also benefiting from our affiliations with some of the leading international brands. On the other, we are working to position AG Hotel Consulting as the go-to partner for hotel management and transformation, while AG Boutique Journey focuses on services dedicated to high-end international guests. We have been in the market for 25 years and are capable of adapting to its constant changes."

Ag Group's 5 new openings in the pipeline
Affiliations with international brands—and the launch of some of these in Italy thanks to the Group—are key to the company's growth. The company has a pipeline of five openings in Italy in less than a year and a half, all five-star hotels, which will join the six hotels already operating in Rome (four-star but all boutique-style). With these five new openings, AG Group will be able to count on a structure that will grow from the current 260 employees to over 560 by 2026.
