Discover the secrets of authentic handmade pasta in the heart of Rome.

 

What you will prepare during the class:

 

  • Handmade fettuccine with your choice of sauce:
  • Tomato and basil
  • Amatriciana
  • Cacio e Pepe
  • Handmade ravioli with butter and sage
  • Traditional Italian tiramisù
  • Glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage
  • Water
  • Coffee or Limoncello after the meal
